Peel and cut a sweet potato. Use a little olive oil and a little Tony Chachere's seasoning. bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 min (I like mine under-done)

i definitely buy Publix's vegan burgers. i think they are better than some brand names (and cheap, too).

Ashley and I have been hooked on burgers for the past few weeks. What I do is get the ground beef style Lightlife tube at New Leaf, add about 2-3 tablespoons each of Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder and cook them up. Then you can add whatever, but for me, it's usually Vegenaise, mustard and ketchup. Plus, if you haven't found it already, New Leaf carries Annie's Worcestershire sauce which is amazing. Because before I found that, all the imitators I tried were sub-par, and I love that sauce.
