Hamburger and French Fries

Publix Greenwise burger with caramelized onion, Tofutti cheese, mushroom, lettuce, tomato, Vegenaise, dijon. Sweet potato fries with ketchup and miso mayo. I highly recommend the Publix burger! Cheapo and yummy! Saute in a pan with a little margarine to make a nice slightly crispy outside.

French fries:
Peel and cut a sweet potato. Use a little olive oil and a little Tony Chachere's seasoning. bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 min (I like mine under-done)

Ashley and I have been hooked on burgers for the past few weeks. What I do is get the ground beef style Lightlife tube at New Leaf, add about 2-3 tablespoons each of Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder and cook them up. Then you can add whatever, but for me, it's usually Vegenaise, mustard and ketchup. Plus, if you haven't found it already, New Leaf carries Annie's Worcestershire sauce which is amazing. Because before I found that, all the imitators I tried were sub-par, and I love that sauce.
